Finally! A disease that we all want to catch! Yes, it's now been scientifically proven that happiness is a disease! And dare I say, that that's some very, very good news. In short, research has shown that just one person in a group who shows, expresses or conveys happiness has a positive effect on the mood of others in that group. Often by doing nothing more than being optimistic and upbeat. Best of all, the reciprocal effect it has on others is immeasurable.
