I Am Good News is the place to go to start your day with a bit of good.  From original content, to user-generated articles, to links and feeds to other good news articles and blogs across the globe, I Am Good News helps us all realize that no matter what the media or those around you are talking about, which sometimes is pretty bad, the potential for good within yourself and those around you is always there.  Oh, and why the "I" in I Am Good News?  Well, that's because the good news always begins with you.  Try saying it, "I Am Good News!", and just watch what happens.

The Doctor of Good News, Kenneth Cole, Psy.D.

The inspiration for I Am Good News came from psychologist and children's author, Dr. Kenneth Cole.  Through his book, No Bad News, and in his clinical practice and community work,  Dr. Cole recognizes and shares the realization that the first step toward harnessing one's potential and living a more active, connected and rewarding life is to acknowledge the good within yourself.  True, it takes more work than just that, but that first acknowledgment is the key first step on a journey toward a better self, better family and a better community.

Dr. Cole spreads the message of good news each day through his private practice, as well as through lectures and presentations across the nation. These have included keynote addresses, lectures to schools and universities, as well as co-leading a forum with Dr. Bill Cosby.  Regardless of the locale, and whether online or face-to-face, the importance of embracing the good news in all of use is one that initiates and brings about lasting change.  And Dr. Cole is here to ensure that this lasting change happens.  If you want to find our more about his clinical work or his lectures and presentations, just send him an email by going to our CONTACT page.

Oh, and remember, you are good news!
